In simple terms, the WCC Optimised wireless network Procurement Process works as follows:
- Download the WCC standards and Process documents.
- Create the Design Specifications for your Wi-Fi network and present these to your shortlist of suppliers. Your chosen Wi-Fi network supplier must deliver a wireless network that meets your Design Specifications.
- Verify that your chosen supplier’s proposals are likely to meet your agreed Design Specifications and WCC Engineering Standards.
- When installation is complete, Audit your network installations independently of your supplier – to ensure they have delivered according to your contract.
- With WCC Certification of your Wi-Fi network installations, you can rest assured that your networks fully meet your requirements, and that your supplier has delivered the engineering expertise and value that you expected.
